About Me
About Me
My life, leadership style, and how I work was shaped by my childhood being dominated with athletics. Growing up in Marshfield, WI and having an older brother and a Dad that coached meant my time was spent being active in sports and a part of many athletic teams since Kindergarten. This is where my competitive fire stems from, where I first learned how important teamwork and culture is to success and personal happiness, and why I believe it is necessary for people to be a part of something larger than themselves.
There are always major decisions that will impact and shape your life. For me, one of those major decisions was choosing Viterbo University in La Crosse, WI. While attending Viterbo and earning an undergraduate degree in Business Management and an MBA, I solidified a vision of how I wanted to lead in the professional world. Not only was the school the right fit for me and my future professional career, it was also my first years living in La Crosse, which I would eventually call “my home.” It is where my family and I reside today. To top it all off, the decision led to me meeting my future wife.
My time outside of my professional career is usually filled with joy and fun. Whitney, my wife, and I seem to do everything together, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! We enjoy camping in our vintage camper, going on bike rides, playing sand volleyball in the summers, creating homemade cocktails, going to endless amounts of festivals and events, and loving on our adorable dog, Sata Mae.
